Praise and Gratitude is a Lifestyle

In your life there are a lot of things that are present constantly, amazing things surround us with a wonderful impact but having them every day makes us forget about them. If you think this is an exaggeration of the truth, you need to examine your attitude towards life.

Let’s start with your current position, if you are reading right now, it means you are alive, you are breathing and you have eyes, you had the chance to study and you are able to get an internet connection. We easily find five reasons to be grateful for. When you feel down it will be time to do a simple exercise like the one we did right now, I am sure you will find out how fortunate you are.

Being thankful does not make us blind to life’s difficulties or bad moments, we are not trying to ignore the pain, we are trying to stay alive, we have to confess first: life will never be perfect and this is another thing to be grateful for, because if it was the case we will not get out from bed anymore simply because we already have what we want, we will not have challenges anymore.

The fact is we are taking a lot of things for granted , so we forget to enjoy having those things, we are leading busy lives, that is true, hopefully we all have great things to look forward to, if it is not your case make an effort and look for one, you can find it or maybe create a new one. Pay attention time flies so day after day try to not let small details go unnoticed ;)

Let’s pay attention to each day and start regular habits related to gratitude. Everyone deserves to be blessed, I know there are some people who don’t believe in that, maybe they think it should be a lifestyle dedicated to people living with comfort (Rich, Loved, Surrounded …), but it is not true. Everyone needs something, waits for something and maybe suffers from something, no one is totally pleased, so we all need to praise and be grateful for what we have, it is a good practice to stay positive and spend our lives with good energy.

I hope each one of us will have a reason everyday to be thankful and to remember how life is precious, so we can move on and feel peaceful inside. The deeper we appreciate what we have, the deeper we will be correct with ourselves so we can be more productive to reach what we really want.

Not everything we want goes our way and this is the magic, all things need time and effort, the sooner we practice gratitude the sooner we reach peace with the unknown.
